- We accept bank transfer through MAYBANK , CIMB or AMBANK account only at the moment.
- We accept installment as well! 50% deposit required to secure your reservation. Reserved item(s) with deposit will be held for 14 days max.
- For payment via online, fill in our email (casanovees@gmail.com) in the recipient email box.
- Once payment is made, drop us proof of e-mail such as reference numbers or print screen the transaction or u can sms at 012-3883477 to confirm your payment.
- Please note that interbank transactions will take at least 2-3 working days to be processed by the respective banks. Items will be sent only after payment is cleared.
- We will only provide bank details when confirmation is made for an order.
- We ship via Pos Laju only.
- Postage costs shall be born by buyers.
- Pos Laju : RM 6 (West Malaysia) RM 8 (East Malaysia) ; <500grams
- Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information will be sent.
- We provide Cash On Delivery(COD) service based on the location stated.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcel.
- We cannot be held responsible if customers provide the wrong shipping address by mistake.
POSTAGE SCHEDULE
- Postage will be done 2x a week : Monday, Wednesday/Thursday.
- All payments made before 1:00 pm will be posted on the same day.
- All payments made after 1:00 pm will be posted on the next delivery date.
